The machine is much simnle structure which is very easy to set and operate. The operation platform consist of linear guideline and screw mandrel which make it very stable and durane with high density. Dual-color or three-color filament box are optional.
The machine is applied to making plastic tufting brushes, The max tufting speed is 6~7 holes/s Note: Plastic is with holes). It also can be tufted any other flat brushes by changing different fixture.
